How do I get access?
Create an account on the home page and confirm your email β the dashboard opens right away. Connecting your first account takes a few minutes.
How do I pay for a subscription?
The Free plan is free forever. Paid plans are charged from your cabinet balance in USD: you top up the balance and the subscription is deducted from it. You can top up with a card (issued by banks in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the UK β in euros; by Russian banks β in rubles), via Apple Pay, Google Pay, SBP or in USDT (BEP20).
Does Davinchu place trades for me?
No. Davinchu is an analytics platform. It helps you see statistics, mistakes, risk and discipline, but should not be treated as auto-trading or a source of individual trading advice.
Is connecting API keys safe?
For analytics, use API keys with read-only permissions. Do not enable withdrawal rights. Check the settings on the exchange or broker side before connecting.
Why might trade data differ?
Differences can arise from commissions, swaps, time zone, incomplete history, terminal settings or quirks of the external service API.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Turn off auto-renewal in the dashboard Billing section β the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account switches to Free. Payments are non-refundable β see the Refund policy.
Where do I report bugs?
Email [email protected]. Include your account email, a description of the bug, your device, browser and a screenshot if you have one.
