1. General provisions

Davinchu is an analytics platform for traders and teams. We respect user privacy and aim to process only the data required to run the service, to communicate and to improve the product.

By using the website or submitting a request you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. What data we may collect

  • name, email and the selected use case when registering or submitting a form;
  • contact details the user voluntarily provides when contacting support;
  • technical data: IP address, device type, browser, language, date and time of visit;
  • analytics events: button clicks, navigation between sections, form submissions;
  • integration data, if the user connects trading accounts or API keys in the personal cabinet.

3. What the data is used for

  • to register an account and give access to the cabinet;
  • to communicate with the user;
  • to provide access to the service and its features;
  • to improve the interface, analytics and product quality;
  • to ensure security and to prevent spam and abuse;
  • to meet legal and accounting obligations when the user takes out a paid subscription.

4. API keys and trading data

If the user connects exchanges, brokerage accounts or terminals, Davinchu must use only the permissions it needs. For trading analytics we recommend read-only API keys without the right to withdraw funds.

Davinchu must not request withdrawal permissions. The user is responsible for the API key permissions configured on the side of the exchange or broker.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the interface work correctly β€” for example, to remember the selected language.

We measure website visits with Umami, a web analytics system installed on our own server. It does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses: the address is only used to determine the country and city and to build an anonymous visit identifier that changes every month. We count pages viewed, the referrer and UTM tags, device type, browser, language, country and clicks on the sign-up and log-in buttons. This data is not shared with third parties. If Do Not Track is enabled in your browser, no statistics are collected about your visits.

The user can restrict cookies in their browser settings, but some features of the website may then work incorrectly.

6. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell users' personal data. Data may be shared with services that help us process requests, send notifications, run analytics, accept payments and operate the infrastructure.

Such services must receive only the minimum data required to perform their function.

7. Storage and protection of data

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

The retention period depends on the purpose of processing: requests are kept until the conversation ends or consent is withdrawn; subscription data is kept for as long as legal and accounting rules require.

8. User rights

The user may request access to their data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and may withdraw consent to communication.

To make a request, write to [email protected].

9. Changes to the policy

We may update the Privacy Policy. A new version is published on this page together with the date of the update.
