1. Quick start

  1. Create an account on the home page and confirm your email.
  2. Log in to your dashboard.
  3. Set your time zone in Β«ProfileΒ» β€” dates and trade times are shown in it.
  4. Connect data sources: MT5, exchanges or a manual journal.
  5. Set up risk limits, tags, rules and notifications.

2. Connecting MT5

The MT5 integration loads trades, history, statistics and risk metrics. Before connecting, make sure you use the latest version of the Davinchu Trade Monitor advisor.

  1. download the connection module from your dashboard;
  2. install it in the MT5 terminal (the MQL5/Experts folder) and drag it onto any chart β€” the monitor does not need automated trading, only the T-Manager risk manager does;
  3. allow WebRequest for the data intake domain: Tools β†’ Options β†’ Expert Advisors β†’ "Allow WebRequest for listed URL". Without this step the advisor cannot connect and the terminal reports nothing β€” the domain itself is shown in the account connection dialog;
  4. enter the identification key from your dashboard in the advisor settings;
  5. check the connection status in your dashboard;
  6. the terminal's trade history loads on its own after the first connection.

3. Connecting crypto exchanges

For crypto trade analytics, create API keys with read-only permissions. Do not enable withdrawals.

  • create an API key on the exchange side;
  • disable withdrawal permissions;
  • add the key in your Davinchu dashboard;
  • check the connection status.

4. Trade journal

The journal collects trades, commissions and results, and you add a setup, a mistake, emotions, a comment and a screenshot link. Trades can be filtered by period, account, instrument, side, setup, session, result and discipline.

5. Risk manager

The risk manager helps control risk per trade, daily loss, trades per day, drawdown and open positions: at a limit the T-Manager EA closes new entries. It does not replace the trader's responsibility but helps follow the rules.

6. AI analytics

AI analytics reviews an account (from 10 closed trades) and individual trades: risk, discipline and behavior β€” for example, size after a loss and results after a losing streak β€” and suggests rules for the next period. Reviews use the plan's monthly quota; an auto-report arrives on Mondays.

7. Teamwork

Teams, schools and communities work in Spaces: roles and invitations, a leaderboard, cohorts and tasks, mentor reviews of trades, a team risk policy. Each member decides which accounts and data to share with a space. Creating spaces starts with the Plus plan; joining works on any plan.
