In short. On the Bybit website the history is under «Orders» → «Unified Trading Order»: the Order History tab shows orders, the Trade History tab shows executions. You can export it with the Export button (up to 6 months at a time) or via «Data Export» (up to a year per file). For analysis, closed P&L is the most convenient: fees and funding are already included. Data per the Bybit help as of October 11, 2026; the exchange changes its limits, so check its help.

Order history and trade history

  • Order History — all orders: filled, partially filled, cancelled, each with its own Order ID.
  • Trade History — executions only, each with a Transaction ID. One order can be filled in several trades — so there may be more rows here than orders.
  • Closed P&L — closed derivatives positions with the final result.

Records from before the switch to the Unified Trading Account (UTA) are exported separately — «Data Export» has its own section for them.

How to analyze

  1. Use Closed P&L, not executions. Per the Bybit help, a position's closed P&L = price result − opening fee − closing fee − funding. On a partial close the opening fee and funding are split proportionally.
  2. Group by instrument, side, day of the week and hour of opening — the market trades around the clock, and an hourly breakdown often finds the losing hours.
  3. Calculate win rate, profit factor and expectancy. A result in R needs the stop — it is not in the export, so record it in your journal at entry.
  4. Check funding. On long-held positions it noticeably changes the result: a trade profitable on price can close at a loss. How the payment is calculated is in «Funding rate: what it is and what it costs you».

Through the API, trade history and closed P&L are available for 2 years, but one request covers at most 7 days. A read-only key is enough — how to create one is in «Read-only API key».

No exports needed: Bybit in Davinchu

Bybit connects to Davinchu with a read-only API key, and there are no files to export: closed linear futures positions (USDT and USDC) and spot trades flow into the journal on their own, with up to two years of history. Futures come from the same closed P&L: the gross result, fees and funding are stored in the trade separately (funding in the swap), and their sum matches the exchange's Closed P&L. Spot sells are matched with buys by FIFO.

The account page shows «Fees · 30 days» and «Funding · 30 days» lines; deposits and withdrawals come from the Bybit transaction log, so growth and drawdown do not mistake a transfer for profit. In the journal you can add a setup, emotions and a mistake to every trade, and account analytics breaks the result down on the «By instrument», «By time» and «By day» tabs.
