Davinchu TradeOS: what it is and how it works

In short. Davinchu TradeOS is a web dashboard for traders that brings together MetaTrader accounts, crypto exchanges and stock brokers, an automatic trade journal, account statistics, a trading plan, a risk manager for MetaTrader 5, AI review of mistakes, an investment portfolio and teamwork. Davinchu is not a broker, doesn't sell signals and doesn't trade for you: it is a tool to review and control your own trading. The Free plan connects two accounts at no cost, with no time limit.

Dashboard

All accounts on one screen: equity, return, drawdown, allocation by account and recent trades.

Accounts, account portfolios and public statistics

The account page: growth that does not count deposits, balance and equity, drawdown and maximum drawdown, profit factor, Sharpe ratio, Z-score, expectancy, AHPR and GHPR, commissions, best and worst trades, risk of ruin, breakdowns by hour, weekday and symbol — more on the «Account analytics» page. Accounts can be grouped into portfolios with a combined curve. An account or a portfolio opens by link, and the owner decides what is visible: balance, history, volumes, stops, open trades, account number, results per EA magic number. A journal can be published by link too — with statistics and trades, without personal notes. A portfolio gets the «Verified by Davinchu» mark when all its accounts have sent data within the last 7 days.

Trade journal

Trades arrive on their own from MetaTrader 4 and 5, Bybit and HTX futures and Bybit spot, and the server calculates R from the stop loss. You add the setup, session, risk in %, expected RR, a comment — why you entered and what you would do differently, emotions before and after, «Followed the plan?», execution from 1 to 5, a mistake from a list («Early entry», «Moved the stop», «Held a loser» and others) and a screenshot link. Metrics: win rate, profit factor, average R, payoff, expectancy, streaks, drawdown in money and in R, breakdowns by symbol, time, day, session and setup, Monte Carlo on R. The «Review» tab shows the share of reviewed and on-plan trades, execution, the cost of violations and recurring mistakes. Trades export to CSV: «Settings» → «Data» → «Trade journal». Trading plan and strategy

Plans with instruments, a global scenario and setups: entry zone, stop, targets with shares, RR, trigger, invalidation, session, expiry and a conditions checklist. Each setup card shows a seven-point strategy compliance score and today's High Impact news for the instrument with a «News checked» mark. Bybit spot pairs get an entry alert. A plan or a single setup can be shared by link, and the «To journal» button creates a trade from a setup in a manual journal. The Strategy section holds rules, a daily checklist and versions; you can have several strategies. More in «Trading plan: template and pre-trade checklist».

Risk manager for MetaTrader 5

Limits are set in the dashboard and enforced by the Davinchu T-Manager EA: risk per trade (an entry without a stop loss won't open), daily loss limit, maximum drawdown, trades per day and open positions, trading hours. At 70% and 90% of a limit you get a warning; at 100% T-Manager closes new entries — until 00:00 in the time zone of the risk manager's «Trading hours» block (UTC if it is not set) for daily limits and until the drawdown falls below the limit for maximum drawdown. AI analytics

An account review with recommendations (from 10 trades): risk, discipline and behavior — size after a loss, results after a losing streak, holding losers too long. A single-trade review and an automatic report every Monday. A tilt alert on manual trades — when there are too many trades within an hour or size grows after losses (more in «Tilt, overtrading and revenge trading»).

Investments

Crypto and stocks in one or several portfolios: spot balances on Bybit, Binance, OKX, BingX and HTX and brokerage accounts sync automatically; TWR and XIRR returns, allocation and rebalancing, goals, staking, alerts, CSV import of transactions. Spaces

Three types: team — a shared leaderboard and a risk policy each member accepts for their own account; school — cohorts, tasks and mentor reviews of trades the student shared with the school; community — a feed with channels, reactions and comments. Everywhere — invitations, roles and permissions, and each member decides which statistics to share. Each member uses their own plan. More on the «For schools and teams» page.

Indicator marketplace

Indicators and chart templates for MetaTrader 5 and TradingView — to rent or buy for good. Status: «soon» — the section in the dashboard is being prepared to open.

Notifications

Telegram, Discord, email and the in-app feed: trades, risk limits, account connection, reports. If account data stops arriving, «Account connection lost» comes after 10 minutes. There are quiet hours, pause and a digest instead of a stream of messages; critical notifications — account security, money, trading blocks — always get through. The dashboard works in a desktop or phone browser, in seven languages.

Affiliate program

A share of every payment by invited users — subscriptions, add-ons and their renewals: 10% on Free, 12% on Plus, 15% on Pro and Elite. Ready-made texts and your link are in the dashboard.

Security

• Davinchu only reads exchange and broker data: the dashboard rejects an exchange key with withdrawal rights — money cannot be withdrawn through Davinchu.
• The MetaTrader monitor EA only reads account data: the server sends it no trade commands.
• T-Manager only executes your own actions in its panel and limits them.
• Exchange API keys and broker tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
• Public pages are hidden from search engines, and a link can be revoked at any time.

Pricing

An extra account is $2/month on any plan, a risk manager seat $5/month with a paid plan. You can try Pro free for 14 days: after confirming your email, press «Activate Pro» — once per account. Annual billing is −20%. Payment is from your dashboard balance, which you top up by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SBP or in USDT (BEP20). More on the pricing page.

How to start with Davinchu

1. Sign up and confirm your email; 14 days of Pro start with the «Activate Pro» button.
2. Connect an account: the MetaTrader 4 or 5 EA, an exchange key or a broker token — 5–10 minutes.
3. Set risk limits and the setup and mistake lists in the journal settings.
4. After a week, open the journal «Review» and the AI account review — the first findings about your trading appear.
