Connect an account and trades appear in the journal without manual entry. For each one you can mark whether you followed the plan, rate the execution from 1 to 5, pick a mistake from the list (early entry, no stop, moved the stop, held the loser, FOMO, revenge trade — or your own) and your emotions before and after. The Review tab shows the cost of violations and the mistakes that cost the most, and suggests what to improve — for example, if you hold losing trades one and a half times longer than winners. Thresholds are adjustable in notifications; the detector is on by default. More in «Tilt, overtrading and revenge trading».
