Get a key
In the dashboard: Accounts → Connect → MT4/MT5 — the EA key.
Attach the monitor
Davinchu Trade Monitor on any chart of the terminal where your robots run; the dashboard address goes into «Allow WebRequest for listed URL».
Turn on alerts
Connect Telegram, choose the EA messages and the «EA is silent» threshold for the account.
Review per robot
Statistics by magic number, equity drawdown, a results link for a buyer or an investor.

A lost connection is the quietest robot failure: everything looks green on screen while the terminal stopped long ago. The Davinchu server watches the EA session itself, so there are no false alarms on weekends when there are no quotes. Which messages to send is set in the dashboard for each account — without restarting the EA.
The full message set comes from the MetaTrader 5 monitor. For a MetaTrader 4 account the dashboard itself reports opened and closed trades, while «Account connection lost» and «The EA is silent» work the same way.
Several EAs on one account
The monitor sends every trade of the account, and each trade in the journal shows its magic number. The result of each EA — trades, share of winners and P&L — is shown on the account's public statement when «Magic number analysis» is enabled in the account permissions. EA messages are filtered by symbol and magic — so one grid does not drown out the rest. On top of that: growth that does not count deposits as profit, equity drawdown including floating losses, profit factor, expectancy, and a breakdown by hour and weekday.
Bots on exchanges
Bybit, Binance, OKX, BingX and HTX connect with a read-only API key. If a bot trades on the connected account, its trades arrive via the API just like manual ones. Bybit futures get two more things: the close notification names the reason — Stop Loss, Take Profit, trailing stop or liquidation — and at 80% maintenance margin usage you get a «Margin call approaching» alert — for a unified account in Cross or Portfolio Margin mode, where Bybit starts liquidation at 100%.
Show a robot's results to a buyer or an investor
A public account link shows what you open: growth that does not count deposits as profit, equity drawdown, trades, the magic number breakdown. The numbers come from the terminal; the account's trades and balance cannot be edited in the dashboard. More in «How to show trading results to an investor».
Read-only and under your control
- The monitor only reads. It works without AutoTrading, and the server sends it no trading commands — your EAs trade exactly as you set them up.
- Limits for manual trading next to your robots. The T-Manager risk manager for MetaTrader 5 enforces limits on entries through its panel and counts every trade on the account in the daily loss and drawdown — your EAs' trades included.

Each account — MetaTrader 5, MetaTrader 4 or an exchange — takes a plan slot: Free — 2, Plus — 5, Pro — 15, Elite — 50. An extra account is $2 per month on any plan, including Free.

Do I need to enable AutoTrading for the monitor?
No. Davinchu Trade Monitor trades nothing and is read-only: it only needs the dashboard address in «Allow WebRequest for listed URL». Your trading EAs need AutoTrading, the monitor does not.
Will I know if the VPS shuts down at night?
Yes. After 10 minutes without a connection you get «Account connection lost» — a critical message that also arrives during quiet hours. When the terminal is back — «Account connection restored» with the outage length. The alert can be turned off for a specific account.
How do I separate each EA's results on one account?
By magic number: with «Magic number analysis» enabled, the account's public statement shows trades, share of winners and the result per number, and each trade in the journal shows its magic.
Does Davinchu see trades of bots on an exchange?
Yes, if the bot trades on the connected account: trades arrive via the read-only API key just like manual ones. For Bybit futures the close notification names the reason — Stop Loss, Take Profit, trailing stop or liquidation.
Does the risk manager count my EAs' trades?
Yes. T-Manager counts the trades of every EA on the account in the daily loss and drawdown, and at the limit it blocks new entries through its own panel.
