A public space is listed in the catalog and anyone can join right away. A private one is not listed: you get in by invitation or by a request approved by the owner or an admin. Only members see the member list and the leaderboard.
What a mentor and a lead see
Until a member shares an account with the space, nothing about their trading is visible. When sharing, they choose: metrics (return, win rate, profit factor, drawdown — on by default), balance and equity, trades, team limits. Access can be closed at any time, and when a member leaves the space their accounts are closed automatically. Members' email addresses are never shown.
- The student's journal is not passed to the mentor. If the student shared «Trades», the closed trades of that account are visible — instrument, side, volume, time and result, up to the last 200. Notes, emotions and journal review stay with the student.
- Shared trades are visible to all members of the space, not only to the mentor.
- A trade review is a text and a 1–5 rating; the student gets a notification.
Team risk policy
The owner or the lead sets the daily loss, maximum drawdown, risk per trade, trades per day and open positions. The limits apply to accounts where the member ticked «Apply the team limits to this account» when sharing; they cannot change or delete a team rule — only stop sharing the account. At 70% and 90% of a limit a notification is sent, at 100% new entries are closed until the end of the day, open positions are not touched. The lead sees which accounts the limits apply to and how many times they triggered in the last 24 hours.
Entries are closed by the T-Manager EA on the member's MetaTrader 5 account — the member needs a risk manager seat for that. It is a discipline tool with the trader's consent, not enforced control.
Plans
Creating spaces starts with the Plus plan: Plus — 3, Pro — 10, Elite — unlimited. Joining is possible on any plan, including Free; each member uses their own plan. The number of members is unlimited. Schools and mentors may also like the affiliate program.

Pytania i odpowiedzi
Does a mentor see the student's journal?
No. A mentor only sees the closed trades of an account the student shared with the school with «Trades» on: instrument, side, volume, time and result. Notes, emotions and journal review are not passed on.
Can a lead stop a trader from trading?
Only with the trader's consent: team limits apply to accounts where the member turned on «Apply the team limits to this account». At 100% of a limit the T-Manager EA closes new entries; open positions are not touched.
How many members can I invite?
There is no limit. An invitation is a link or a code with a role, an expiry from 1 to 90 days or none, and a usage limit.
Who pays for the members?
Each member uses their own plan — joining works on Free too. There is no paying for seats by the space owner.
Can I make a private school?
Yes: a private space is not listed in the catalog; you get in by invitation or by a request approved by the owner or an admin.
