1. Subject of the agreement
This agreement governs the use of the Davinchu website, the personal cabinet, the analytics tools, the documentation, the materials and the related services.
The user confirms that they use the service voluntarily and accept the terms of this agreement.
2. Purpose of the service
Davinchu provides tools for keeping a trading journal, analysing trading statistics, controlling risk, working as a team and reviewing recurring mistakes.
The service is not a broker, a dealer, an investment adviser or an asset management company.
3. Not a trading signal
Information, visualisations, reports, AI reviews and notifications are intended for analytics and learning. They must not be treated as an instruction to buy, sell, open or close a position.
The user makes trading decisions independently and bears full responsibility for their outcome.
4. Registration and account
- the user must provide correct contact details;
- the user is responsible for the security of their login, password and email access;
- sharing the account with third parties without Davinchu's consent is prohibited;
- Davinchu may temporarily restrict access if it suspects a security breach or abuse.
5. Integrations and API keys
When connecting exchanges, brokers or trading terminals, the user must check the permissions of their API keys themselves. Read-only keys are recommended.
Davinchu is not liable for losses caused by incorrectly configured API keys, by sharing access with third parties, or by the user's own actions inside external services.
6. Paid plans
The terms of paid plans, the available features, the limits and the price are shown on the website or in the personal cabinet. Davinchu may change plans, notifying users by any available means.
Continuing to use a paid plan after the terms have changed means the user accepts the updated terms.
7. Prohibited actions
- hacking, scanning, overloading or circumventing the limits of the service;
- copying the interface, materials or logic of the service without permission;
- using the service for illegal activity;
- submitting false data, spam or automated bulk requests;
- publishing malicious code or attempting to access other people's data.
8. Limitation of liability
Trading on financial markets involves risk. The user understands that they may lose part or all of their capital.
Davinchu does not guarantee profit, the absence of losses, the accuracy of forecasts or any particular financial result.
9. Intellectual property
The name, design, interface, texts, structure, logic and materials of Davinchu are protected by intellectual property rights. Materials may be used only within ordinary use of the service.
10. Changes to the agreement
Davinchu may update this agreement. The current version is always published on this page.
